1. Services Provided

Stage Ready Online offers digital choreography instruction through two packages: Basic and VIP. All content is pre-recorded and delivered through a secure user account. No live (e.g. Zoom) coaching is included.

2. Digital Product Delivery

Upon purchase, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access your account and your choreography videos. Access is granted to the email you provide at checkout.

3. Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 24 hours of your purchase by contacting us directly. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days. No refunds will be granted after 24 hours of purchase.

4. User Accounts

You must create a secure account to access the choreography. You will receive an invite link after purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

5. Eligibility

There is no age minimum to use our services. However, users under 18 must have parent or guardian consent.

6. Information We Collect

We collect your name, email, phone number, city, and state during checkout to tailor communication and support availability based on your time zone.

7. Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe using a secure integration with GoHighLevel. Your payment information is encrypted and not stored by Stage Ready.

8. Intellectual Property

All choreography videos and instructional materials are the property of Stage Ready. You may not share, resell, or redistribute any content.

9. Limitation of Liability

Stage Ready is not liable for any injuries that may occur during practice or performance. Always practice in a safe environment.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
